Information you give us. When you request an estimate, use the free AI design preview, or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, email, phone number, property address if you share it, project details, budget range, and any photos you upload.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare your estimate
• To generate AI design concepts from the photos and details you provide
• To follow up about your project — by a human, not an automated drip campaign
• To improve the website and our services

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information. Ever.
• We do not share your photos or project details except with the service providers below, and only to serve your request.
• We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Service providers

Your information is processed by the vendors that run this site's plumbing: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and our image-generation provider (AI design concepts), and Google (analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Photos you upload

Photos submitted through the design preview are stored securely, used to generate your concepts and prepare your estimate, and are not published anywhere without your written permission.

Retention & your choices

We keep project inquiries as business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email sales@north.construction or call (508) 272-6075 and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly on this page.
