Content on this site — including project photos, service descriptions, and planning guidance — is provided for general information. Actual project scope, pricing, and schedule are established only in a written estimate or signed contract for your specific project.

AI design previews are illustrations

Concept images from the free AI design preview are concept illustrations, not construction documents. They do not represent exact dimensions, engineering, code compliance, buildable scope, or final materials, and they are not a commitment that a depicted design can be built at any particular price. The real design happens with a human, on site, with a tape measure.

Your submissions

When you upload photos or project details, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you give us permission to use them to generate your design concepts and prepare your estimate. We do not publish your photos without your written permission — see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no submitting content you don't have rights to, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no using the AI preview to generate content unrelated to a genuine construction inquiry.

Our content

The North Point Construction name, mark, photography, and site content belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Point Construction is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law, including protections that apply to home improvement contracts.
